 Derek Palaschuk from Wall Street Journal "Derek Palaschuk, who is chief financial officer of Chinese software company Longtop Financial Technologies Ltd., said he resigned Saturday as audit-committee chairman and an independent director at Renren. The move comes after Citron Research, which researches companies in which it says its principals usually hold a position, last week issued a report alleging financial fraud at Longtop. Mr. Palaschuk said the allegations against Longtop were "without substance." 
He resigned from RENN on 4/30/2011 Sat, and RENN went IPO on 5/4/2011 Wed.

该软件公司还表示，美国市场监管机构正在对其展开调查。
东南融通表示，德勤最近发现该公司有关银行现金、贷款余额、可能还有销售收入等账目的信息是伪造的，因而于上周日宣布与其解除审计业务关系。
东南融通称，首席财务官德雷克•帕拉舒克(Derek Palaschuk)于5月19日递交了书面辞呈，董事会正在考虑他的辞职事宜。该公司补充表示，它已接到美国证交会(SEC)的通知：证交会已着手调查德勤提出的事项。
本月早些时候，当帕拉舒克在中国社交网络公司人人网(Renren)首次公开发行(IPO)前夕辞去人人网审计委员会主席职务时，东南融通的会计争议引起了更多投资者的关注。
人人网的股价正滑向IPO以来的最低水平。在周一午盘交易中，该公司股价下跌4.6%，至12.41美元。

认清这些致癌“黑手”

专家提出致癌六大诱因，这些不好的饮食习惯，你可一定要注意
油盐肉吃太多，这习惯得改改
在河南，5个逝者中就有1个死于癌症，占总死亡比例20%以上，40年来翻了一番。
日前，省肿瘤医院和郑州市卫生局联合举办的社区卫生人员肿瘤防治知识培训班正式开班。
省肿瘤防治办公室研究员陆建邦开讲的第一课，其实对每个人来说都很有用。

5个逝者中就有1个死于癌症
人们往往谈癌色变，究竟什么是癌呢？
陆建邦说，癌症一词在希腊文中指的就是身体上长出了像螃蟹一样的“张牙舞爪”的新生物。人的身体有数千亿个细胞组成，正常情况下，各种细胞均按 照规则秩序发展，而一旦身体遭受到外来有害物质（包括化学、物理、生物或者是身体内部有害物质）的刺激后，一些细胞有可能无限制地分裂、增殖、扩散，这就 是癌细胞。癌症就是由身体细胞异常增殖所形成的新生物。
“河南省是肿瘤高发省区之一，每年有15万人发病，死亡12万人，现癌症患者有20万。恶性肿瘤死亡占总死亡的20%以上，居于各种死因的第一位。”陆建邦说，恶性肿瘤死亡占总死亡的比例，比上世纪70年代整整翻了一番。
变化
肺癌成河南第一癌
根据2000～2004年统计，危害河南的前四位癌症分别为胃癌、肺癌、肝癌、食管癌。
“如今，肺癌已经超越胃癌，占据第一了。”陆建邦说，这两年，我省肺癌发病率增长很快，主要黑手就是香烟，能占到八成原因。烟草中含有4000 多种化学物质，除了尼古丁之外，还有40多种致癌物质。他说，郑州市人群吸烟抽样调查结果表明，人群总吸烟率为37.15%，现在吸烟率为34.92%， 男性吸烟率为70.18%，女性吸烟率为4.24%。平均开始吸烟年龄21.82岁。
此外，由于生活水平和卫生状况的提高，曾经的排名老大食管癌呈明显下降趋势，胃癌发病率虽然保持相对稳定，但也呈缓慢下降趋势。
全国肿瘤防治办公室提出我国常见肿瘤的十大警告信号
（1）乳腺、皮肤、舌或身体其他部位有可触及的或不消的肿块。
（2）疣（赘瘤）或黑痣明显变化（如颜色加深迅速增大、瘙痒、脱毛、渗液、溃烂、出血）。
（3）持续性消化不良。
（4）吞咽食物时哽噎感、疼痛、胸骨后闷胀不适、食管内异物感或上腹部疼痛。
（5）耳鸣、听力减退、鼻塞、鼻衄、抽吸咳出的鼻咽分泌物带血、头痛、颈部肿块。
（6）月经期不正常的大出血，月经期外或绝经后不规则的阴道出血，接触性出血。
（7）持续性嘶哑、干咳、痰中带血。
（8）原因不明的大便带血及黏液或腹泻、便秘交替，原因不明的血尿。
（9）久治不愈的伤口、溃疡。
（10）原因不明的较长时间体重减轻（比如在1～2个月内下降4～5公斤）。
提醒
认清这些致癌“黑手”
陆建邦说，根据对癌症死亡病例分析，不良的饮食习惯能占到病因的35%，烟草紧随其后，占30%，排名第三的是感染，占15%。
陆建邦重点提到饮食习惯中的致癌黑手与对策。
黑手一：熏肉、罐头
解读：火腿、香肠、咸肉、肉类罐头等制品中常加入硝酸盐作为添加剂。进入人体的硝酸盐通过口腔和胃内细菌还原成亚硝酸盐，引发细胞癌变。
对策：吃新鲜肉或冷冻肉，多吃富含维生素的水果和蔬菜，多吃谷类食物和植物油，少饮啤酒。
黑手二：发霉的东西
解读：霉菌和真菌在食物中极易生长、繁殖和产生毒素，像黄曲霉毒素B1就是一种很强的致癌物质。
对策：米面不要一次购买太多，霉变的花生一定要扔掉。
黑手三：煎炸烤食品
解读：当肉食在煤火或炭火上熏烤时，会产生苯并[a]芘等强致癌物质。而蛋白质食物在烤、炸、煎的过程中可产生一种诱变剂，摄入人体后也会引起细胞癌变。
对策：能生吃的菜尽量生吃，肉食最好蒸炖。
黑手四：脂肪
解读：饮食脂肪过多，可刺激胆汁分泌增多，胆汁进入肠道内被厌氧菌转化成胆酸、中性胆固醇，及其分解代谢产物等，均有引起癌变的作用。
而一项针对75万人的研究证明，体重超标35%，其患癌症死亡的危险性男性增加40%，女性增加55%。正常情况下每人每日摄入油量应为25克（毫升），而郑州人每天40～75克，是正常的1.5～3倍。
对策：少吃牛、羊、猪肉，多吃低脂食品（脱脂牛奶、低脂奶酪等），减少黄油、人造黄油和植物油（尤其是沙拉油、奶油），多食用橄榄油、花生油；宜吃瘦肉，像去掉鸡皮的鸡肉、新鲜的鱼和贝类食品；多吃水果、蔬菜、全谷类等多纤维类食物。
黑手五：高盐
解读：长期摄入高盐饮食可引起慢性胃炎。此外，高盐食物能破坏胃黏膜的屏障作用，从而使胃、食管黏膜易遭受致癌物的侵袭。
对策：2002年中国居民膳食调查每人每天平均是12克，我省水平17克，而世界卫生组织建议的只有5～6克，所以菜里尽可能少放盐。
黑手六：酒
解读：饮酒者得喉癌的危险是不饮者的10倍以上；酒精性肝硬化是肝癌的危险因素；在酒的生产过程中会产生多种成分，如铅、氰化物等；有些酒精饮料在生产过程中还会混进去亚硝胺、石棉纤维等致癌物。
对策：劝君少饮酒。
