Buffett clouded

Inside trading hit Buffett's Sokol who sits on the BYD's board. Is BYD going to fire David Sokol now that David Sokol has resigned from the MidAmerican Energy? David revealed that Munger owned BYD's stock before Buffett injected cash in 2008. Did that get reported to SEC?

If Buffett retired, no one can take over as effectively and therefore its stock price will go down for sure. It could go down a lot. And it will less negatively impact BRK's stock holdings such as Wells Fargo, American Express, Coca Cola, etc?

Is this just the tip of iceberg or an isolated incident? Maybe Buffett is a legend and he needs to keep his name intact.
